About the Role
yilian shengda, a specialized training center in Qingdao, is recruiting an English teacher for our young learner program serving students ages 3-12. You'll work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering quality ESL instruction and building students' English language confidence.
What You'll Do
- Teach English and ESL classes to young learners aged 3-12
- Conduct 20-25 hours of classroom instruction weekly
- Complete 6 office hours each week for lesson preparation and administrative work
- Create age-appropriate curricula that meet student learning objectives
- Build an engaging, supportive classroom environment
What We're Looking For
- Native English speaker holding a bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated expertise in English and ESL instruction
- Genuine enthusiasm for teaching children and young learners

- Monthly salary between 18,000–22,000 RMB (negotiable) with housing allowance
