About the Role
Join our English training center in Manzhouli as a full-time educator serving students ages 3–12. You'll teach 23 hours per week with no office hour requirements, allowing you to maintain a healthy balance between meaningful classroom instruction and personal time while adjusting to life in China.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging English instruction to students in the 3–12 age range
- Develop and implement lesson plans that build language confidence and communication skills
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to families
- Foster a supportive, interactive learning environment in the classroom
- Collaborate with team members to ensure program quality and student success
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in any field
- Minimum two years of teaching experience OR a recognized English teaching certification such as TESOL or TEFL
- Clear, natural English pronunciation and fluent spoken communication
- Passion for teaching children and supporting their educational growth
- Readiness to relocate to China and adapt to a new cultural environment
