Teamcenter PLM Consultant

Freudenberg is looking for an experienced Teamcenter PLM Consultant to support our engineering and manufacturing operations across 2 locations. In this full-time role, you'll work with enterprise-grade Product Lifecycle Management systems while helping teams streamline complex workflows and data management processes.

The Opportunity

This Teamcenter PLM Consultant position offers the chance to make a direct impact on how one of the world's leading technology companies manages product development and innovation. You'll be responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing our Teamcenter systems to meet evolving business needs. Working with engineers, operations teams, and IT professionals, you'll solve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement across our PLM infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain Teamcenter systems in line with business requirements and engineering workflows
• Analyze and translate complex requirements into effective PLM solutions and system enhancements
• Deploy Teamcenter modules, integrations, and customizations across the enterprise
• Provide technical support and expert troubleshooting for Teamcenter users and system administrators
• Conduct user training and create documentation to support adoption and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, data quality, and governance
• Identify and recommend process improvements and technology enhancements to drive business value

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Teamcenter or similar enterprise PLM systems
• Technical background in engineering, IT, or related field
• Proficiency in PLM system configuration, customization, and administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sharp attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across technical and business audiences
• Experience managing projects and juggling multiple priorities effectively
• Understanding of enterprise data management, system integration, and IT practices
