About the Role

As a Personal Banker I, you'll serve as a trusted financial partner for our retail customers in the McKinney area, managing day-to-day banking interactions and helping families and individuals achieve their financial goals. This position sits at the heart of our branch operations, where you'll balance customer satisfaction with sales achievement and operational accuracy.

Core Duties

• Open new deposit and loan accounts, explaining product features and benefits to customers
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and routine customer transactions with precision
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Resolve routine customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior banking staff
• Maintain full compliance with banking regulations and Frostbank policies in all customer interactions
• Support branch operations, including cash handling, record-keeping, and administrative responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven customer service or retail experience, ideally in a financial or sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining attention to detail
• Sales orientation with comfort discussing financial products and services
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn banking software quickly
• Reliable, professional demeanor and demonstrated commitment to compliance standards
