The Opportunity
As an FHCS Demand Planner at Freudenberg's Mexico City location, you'll connect customer demand with our supply chain strategy. You'll drive forecasting excellence and collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure we efficiently meet market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market insights
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to understand pipeline opportunities and demand patterns
- Analyze demand trends and recommend inventory optimization strategies
- Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvements
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain partners to balance supply with predicted demand
- Develop demand planning reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Support new product launches and promotional planning initiatives
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain forecasting, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and planning software
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with ERP or demand planning systems is valuable
- Spanish and English fluency preferred
