The Opportunity

Gables is seeking a dedicated Leasing Manager to oversee leasing activities and community relations at our Mallard Creek property in Charlotte. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong occupancy rates, maximizing tenant retention, and building meaningful relationships with residents.

What You'll Do

• Conduct property tours and showings for prospective tenants
• Process lease applications and evaluate tenant qualifications
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and move-in and move-out procedures
• Collaborate with maintenance, management, and support teams to ensure resident satisfaction
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Monitor leasing metrics, occupancy performance, and reporting deadlines
• Participate in community events and foster resident engagement
