Galderma is seeking a Dermatology Territory Manager to lead business development across Quebec City, Montreal South Shore, and Trois-Rivières. In this full-time, in-person role, you'll build key relationships with dermatologists and clinics while driving growth for our dermatological solutions across the Montreal region.

What This Role Involves

You'll serve as Galderma's strategic lead in your territories, partnering with dermatologists, clinics, and aesthetic medical providers. Your focus will be expanding our market presence and ensuring practitioners have access to and understand our dermatology portfolio. This is a field-based position where relationship-building and market expertise drive results—you'll spend significant time meeting with healthcare professionals, understanding local market needs, and positioning Galderma as an essential partner for dermatological innovation and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with dermatologists, dermatology clinics, and medical aesthetics facilities
  • Present and promote Galderma's dermatology products, educating practitioners on clinical applications and benefits
  • Achieve territory sales targets and grow market share within your assigned regions
  • Assess territory needs and identify new business opportunities
  • Deliver product training and ongoing clinical support to healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate account information and sales forecasts in CRM systems
  • Attend and represent Galderma at industry conferences and professional events
  • Track market trends and report competitive insights to management

What We're Looking For

  • Successful background in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales
  • Proven territory management experience with a track record of revenue growth
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in dermatology and skincare sectors
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly across your territory
