Galderma is hiring a Gestionnaire de catégorie (Packaging) for full-time roles available across multiple locations. This category management position invites an experienced professional to lead packaging sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships, and operational excellence.

Role Overview

As Gestionnaire de catégorie (Packaging), you'll oversee all aspects of the packaging category—from strategic sourcing and vendor management to cost optimization and quality assurance. Working within Galderma's supply chain function, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to align packaging solutions with product and operational requirements.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute packaging category strategy, including market analysis, supplier evaluation, and sourcing recommendations
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives while maintaining product integrity and brand requirements
• Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to support innovation and operational needs
• Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging materials or technologies in packaging
• Maintain risk management and supply chain continuity for packaging materials

Qualifications

• Proven experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain roles, ideally within packaging or materials sectors
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Analytical capability and proficiency with data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Fluency in English and French (or local language for your assigned location); multilingual skills a plus
