About the Role
As an Aesthetic Business Manager focused on Practice Growth, you will serve as a trusted commercial advisor to aesthetic and dermatology providers throughout the San Antonio market. Representing Galderma's integrated portfolio — spanning Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology — you will help practices expand their patient base, strengthen their treatment offerings, and unlock new revenue opportunities. This is an on-site, field-based position rooted in the San Antonio, Bexar County territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with aesthetic practices, clinics, and dermatology providers across San Antonio, TX.
- Promote and grow adoption of Galderma's Injectable Aesthetics, skincare, and therapeutic dermatology solutions.
- Coach practice teams on strategies to attract patients, improve retention, and elevate the overall treatment experience.
- Develop tailored business-growth plans that align Galderma's portfolio with each practice's goals.
- Track territory performance, identify expansion opportunities, and meet commercial growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven success in aesthetic, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related B2B sales and account management.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to advise practice owners on business growth.
- Knowledge of, or genuine interest in, aesthetics, dermatology, and skincare markets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven approach with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the San Antonio, Bexar County territory; this role is not remote.
