About the Role

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Valid Illinois Professional Teaching License with ESL endorsement (PK-12)
- Bilingual endorsement or demonstrated bilingual proficiency (strongly preferred)
- Experience teaching elementary-age ESL students or related English language support
- Strong understanding of second language acquisition and evidence-based ESL methodology
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families
- Commitment to equity and supporting the success of multilingual learners
