Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sr. Regulatory Affairs Professional to lead regulatory affairs initiatives within our Global Talent Acquisition division. In this role, you'll develop and implement comprehensive regulatory strategies that ensure our talent acquisition practices meet stringent compliance requirements across all markets where we operate. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and position JJ as an employer of choice committed to the highest standards of legal and ethical recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, interpret, and implement regulatory policies and procedures for global talent acquisition operations
• Monitor and analyze changing regulatory requirements across jurisdictions to maintain compliance
• Lead risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate regulatory exposure
• Collaborate with legal, HR, and business teams to ensure policies align with employment law and best practices
• Prepare regulatory documentation, submissions, and reports as required by governing bodies
• Serve as the regulatory subject-matter expert, advising leadership on compliance implications of business decisions
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory developments affecting talent acquisition

Skills & Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in regulatory affairs or related compliance field
• Expertise in employment law, data privacy regulations, and global compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable business guidance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and diverse regulatory environments
• Advanced degree in law, business, or related field preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives
