The Opportunity

Santen is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Force Representative to strengthen our market presence in Hanoi and surrounding areas. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work independently in a territory-based capacity, combining strategic engagement with direct relationship building to achieve business growth. You'll represent Santen's commitment to delivering value and innovative solutions directly to our partners in the healthcare sector.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to healthcare facilities, clinics, and partner locations throughout the Hanoi territory
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and institutional stakeholders
• Present product information and training to healthcare providers, emphasizing clinical benefits and practical applications
• Document market feedback, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform strategy and product positioning
• Plan and manage territory coverage to maximize market penetration and relationship depth
• Support sales objectives through effective communication and demonstration of product value proposition
• Coordinate with head office teams on marketing initiatives, customer inquiries, and operational matters

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical field representation, or similar customer-focused commercial role
• Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to engage and influence diverse professional audiences
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Hanoi and work productively in a field-based environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance objectives
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English
• Valid driver's license with reliable personal transportation
• Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualification preferred
