Role Overview

As a Medical Representative with Santen, you'll serve as a key bridge between our innovative pharmaceutical and medical solutions and healthcare professionals throughout Vietnam. Working remotely in this full-time position, you'll develop meaningful relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics while promoting our products and expanding Santen's presence in the Vietnamese market.

Key Responsibilities

• Call on healthcare providers to present and promote Santen's pharmaceutical and medical products
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospital managers, and clinic directors
• Deliver product presentations and training sessions to healthcare professionals
• Gather market insights and feedback from healthcare providers to inform business strategy
• Support ordering processes and ensure consistent product availability at key accounts
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Meet agreed sales targets and performance metrics

What You Bring

• Proven sales experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage healthcare professionals
• Ability to understand and explain medical and pharmaceutical products clearly
• Self-motivated and organized approach to managing a remote sales territory
• Fluent Vietnamese language skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits
• Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory
