Senior Manager, Global Security Technology

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced security leader to drive global security technology initiatives across JJ's enterprise infrastructure. In this role, you'll oversee the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of security solutions that safeguard our operations, data, and stakeholders worldwide. You'll partner with cross-functional teams—from product and engineering to compliance and risk management—to embed security excellence into everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of global security technology programs and platforms
• Manage and mentor a high-performing security team, fostering innovation and technical excellence
• Oversee the architecture, implementation, and management of enterprise security tools and technologies
• Drive security policy development, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to identify security needs and deliver scalable solutions
• Monitor emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and technology trends to keep JJ ahead of the curve
• Manage security budgets and capital allocation for technology investments

Who We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale security technology teams and programs
• Deep expertise in enterprise security architecture, threat intelligence, and incident response
• Demonstrated success implementing and scaling security technologies across global organizations
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and security governance
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or highly regulated industries preferred
• Advanced degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
