About This Position

This is a direct, on-site sales role with Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division in Salt Lake City. You'll represent our neuroscience therapeutic area to healthcare providers, hospital systems, and key opinion leaders throughout your territory. Your expertise will help bring innovative treatment options to patients and healthcare professionals who depend on evidence-based neuroscience solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers in your territory
• Present clinical data and product information to drive adoption of Johnson & Johnson neuroscience treatments
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessment to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to healthcare provider needs and patient populations
• Track territory metrics, sales activity, and market trends using CRM tools and reporting systems
• Support hospital and practice initiatives aligned with neuroscience treatment protocols
• Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and customer service teams to support organizational goals

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in life sciences, healthcare, sales, or related field
• Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, or sales in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of neuroscience therapeutic areas and neurological or psychiatric conditions
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for clinical audiences
• Ability to develop and nurture professional relationships with healthcare providers
• Territory management experience with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
