Regional Workplace Experience Lead

JLL is seeking a Regional Workplace Experience Lead to join its growing team across 2 Locations. In this full-time role, you'll drive workplace strategy and elevate the employee experience at a global commercial real estate and facilities services firm.

Position Summary

As a Regional Workplace Experience Lead at JLL, you'll oversee regional workplace operations and strategy, ensuring spaces and services support business objectives and employee well-being across multiple locations. This leadership position combines strategic planning with hands-on management, requiring someone who can balance operational excellence with a genuine commitment to enhancing how people work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional workplace strategies that align with JLL's broader company vision and client needs
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize workplace environments, amenities, and employee services
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless workplace operations
• Monitor and analyze workplace metrics and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee health, safety, and compliance across regional facilities and workspace design standards
• Coordinate technology integration and digital tools that enhance the workplace experience
• Develop and manage regional budgets and operational KPIs

Requirements

• Proven experience leading workplace operations, real estate management, or employee experience initiatives
• Strong understanding of modern workplace trends, flexible work policies, and employee wellness
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Project management experience with the ability to track multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in real estate, facilities, HR, or related field
