• Respond promptly to alerts, incidents, and service requests with technical troubleshooting and resolution
• Perform routine maintenance, equipment inspections, and preventive care to maximize system reliability
• Document operations, log events, and maintain detailed records for compliance and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and address infrastructure needs
• Ensure all operations adhere to industry standards and internal safety protocols

What You Bring

• Proven experience operating and maintaining critical infrastructure environments
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, power distribution, and environmental monitoring
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively during high-pressure incidents
• Relevant certifications such as DCEP, CEET, or equivalent strongly preferred
