Mydpr is seeking a full-time Assistant Superintendent to join our operations team in Temple, TX. This role offers the opportunity to support essential organizational functions and grow into increasing responsibility in a hands-on leadership position.
What This Role Involves
As Assistant Superintendent, you'll partner with the Superintendent to oversee daily operations, supervise staff across key areas, and manage administrative priorities that keep our organization effective. You'll coordinate between departments, maintain compliance with applicable standards, and contribute to the strategic initiatives that drive our success in the Temple community.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop team members across departments, providing direction and support
- Manage facilities operations, safety procedures, and maintenance coordination
- Prepare detailed reports, records, and documentation for leadership and oversight bodies
- Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and resource allocation
- Monitor compliance with regulations, policies, and operational standards
- Attend stakeholder meetings and coordinate with internal and external partners
- Handle special projects and priority initiatives assigned by the Superintendent
