Are you a natural greeter with strong people skills? The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas is seeking a professional Host Hostess to be the warm welcome guests receive upon arrival at our dining venues. As the first point of contact, you'll set the standard for our commitment to personalized service in this luxury resort environment. This role offers the unique chance to work alongside our hospitality team in one of Hawaii's most sought-after resort properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with genuine warmth and direct them to their seating promptly
• Manage restaurant reservations and maintain accurate reservation systems
• Coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow during service periods
• Monitor and communicate waitlist status to guests and team members
• Respond professionally to guest questions and handle special requests
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and workspace organization
• Partner with dining staff to ensure seamless service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant hosting, or guest-facing customer service
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
• Composure and efficiency during busy service times and peak periods
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and resort holidays
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and dedication to guest satisfaction
• Bilingual capability a plus, particularly Spanish or Japanese
