Mymvw is seeking a dedicated professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure smooth daily operations at our stunning oceanfront property on Maui's world-renowned Ka'anapali Beach.

Role Overview

As a Front Desk Agent for this premier resort destination, you will be the welcoming face of The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas. Your role centers on creating memorable first impressions and providing attentive, responsive service to guests throughout their stay. You'll handle check-in and check-out procedures, respond to guest requests and inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to ensure every guest's needs are met promptly and professionally.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and manage check-in procedures with warmth and efficiency
• Process guest check-outs and coordinate billing and payment processing
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and special needs with problem-solving focus
• Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, dining options, and activities
• Handle phone and email communications professionally during business hours
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation management systems
• Assist with administrative duties including mail distribution, package handling, and documentation
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support seamless operations

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a hospitality, hotel, or similar guest-facing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail when managing multiple guest requests
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and commitment to our resort's service standards
• Proficiency with computer systems and hospitality software (training provided)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably move throughout the property
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
