Activities/Food & Beverage Manager

Mymvw is hiring an Activities/Food & Beverage Manager to lead guest experiences and food service operations at Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage guest activities and food and beverage operations at this premier oceanfront resort destination.

Role Overview

In this dual-focus management role, you'll oversee guest activities and recreation programming alongside food and beverage service operations. You'll lead teams, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence while contributing to the exceptional experiences Marriott's Waiohai is known for.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver guest activities, recreation programs, and entertainment that engage and delight resort visitors
• Manage food and beverage operations, including dining venues, beverage service, and culinary execution
• Recruit, train, and supervise activities and F&B staff, fostering a service-excellence culture
• Monitor and control departmental budgets and operational expenses
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
• Evaluate guest feedback and satisfaction metrics; resolve service issues and concerns
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to create seamless, integrated guest experiences
• Represent resort standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality in daily operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing or supervising hospitality, food service, activities, or resort operations
• Demonstrated expertise in food and beverage operations or service management
• Experience planning and executing guest events, recreation programs, or entertainment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Resort, hotel, or destination hospitality experience a plus
