About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage our housekeeping team at our Sand City Monterey facility. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence. You'll oversee daily team activities, mentor staff members, and ensure all areas consistently meet our quality expectations and guest satisfaction standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff across all facility areas
- Schedule team members and allocate daily assignments efficiently
- Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment while optimizing costs
- Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance requests and facility needs
- Maintain detailed records of work completed, incidents, and team performance metrics
- Develop and reinforce cleaning protocols, safety standards, and best practices
- Foster accountability and continuous improvement within the housekeeping team
