QVC is hiring an Associate Strategist, Analytics & Ops Partner to join our team across 2 locations. In this full-time role, you'll combine analytical expertise with operational insight to drive strategic initiatives that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

This Associate Strategist position sits at the intersection of data-driven decision making and operational excellence. You'll develop your strategic and analytical capabilities while contributing meaningfully to QVC's growth objectives and operational improvements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll translate complex business challenges into data-informed solutions.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business data to identify performance trends, operational gaps, and strategic opportunities
• Partner with operations and strategy teams to design and execute solutions that drive measurable improvements
• Build dashboards and reports that transform raw data into clear, actionable business insights
• Support the development and delivery of cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and deliver evidence-based recommendations
• Track progress against key performance indicators and communicate results to leadership

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Excel
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to varied business audiences
• Experience in operations, analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, or a related function
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment managing multiple priorities
• Problem-solving orientation and genuine interest in business strategy and operational excellence
