About This Position

As a Security Officer with Rangersmlb, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our Arlington-based operations. This full-time Security Officer position requires a proactive approach to threat detection, guest relations, and emergency response. You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to making every visit secure, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas with professionalism and attention to detail
• Patrol assigned areas on foot and by vehicle to detect and prevent unauthorized activity and security breaches
• Conduct bag checks and screen guests according to established security protocols
• Respond swiftly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary
• Maintain clear communication with team members and management regarding security concerns and observations
• Enforce venue policies and guest conduct standards in a respectful, professional manner
• Report all incidents and maintain accurate documentation of security activities
• Assist guests with directions and facility information while maintaining situational awareness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and respond to emergencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Prior security experience or relevant certifications such as CPR or First Aid preferred
