Position Summary

As a Systems Engineer at Radiancetech in Huntsville, Alabama, you'll take ownership of system architecture, implementation, and optimization. Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure systems that support business operations
• Develop and implement system solutions using industry-standard technologies and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues, outages, and technical problems
• Monitor and optimize system health, capacity, and security across the infrastructure
• Collaborate with development, operations, and management teams to align system designs with organizational needs
• Document system configurations, procedures, and architectural decisions
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their application to our systems

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in systems engineering, infrastructure, or a closely related field
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, networking, and operating systems
• Proficiency with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools
• Experience with cloud platforms and on-premise data center environments
• Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to document technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Security clearance eligibility (preferred)
