The Opportunity

Join Target's Distribution Center team in Woodland to support the movement, organization, and fulfillment of products serving Target stores and guests throughout California. As a warehouse operations associate, you'll be part of a critical team responsible for receiving, processing, and shipping merchandise at scale. This full-time hourly seasonal position offers the chance to develop practical supply chain and logistics skills while being part of the infrastructure that keeps Target's operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments and pallets using warehouse equipment
• Sort and stage merchandise according to distribution protocols and location guidelines
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to Target stores with accuracy and efficiency
• Scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems and handheld scanning devices
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets
