Join Target at our warehouse facility in Midway, Georgia, as a Full Time Hourly Warehouse Operations associate. We're seeking dedicated team members to support the efficient movement and management of products through our distribution operations at 1247 Sunbury Rd, Midway, GA 31320-5409.

What This Role Involves

As a member of our warehouse operations team, you'll play a key role in keeping products flowing smoothly through our facility. This full-time hourly position focuses on the hands-on work that keeps our warehouse running—from receiving and stowing merchandise to picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery to stores across the region. You'll work alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency matter.

Core Duties

• Receive incoming shipments and verify product accuracy and condition
• Sort, organize, and stow merchandise in designated warehouse locations
• Pick and pack orders using warehouse management systems and equipment
• Prepare shipments for transport to Target stores and fulfillment destinations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Who We're Looking For

• Ability to work a full-time hourly schedule, including flexible shifts and possible overtime
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move packages and merchandise regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and order management
• Reliability and commitment to showing up on time
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and equipment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
