About This Position

Target is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to support our warehouse operations. This full-time hourly position offers the chance to develop practical skills in a structured, team-oriented environment while directly contributing to the efficiency and success of our Tifton location. You'll work in a dynamic setting where your effort and reliability directly impact daily operations.

Core Duties

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise shipments with accuracy
• Sort, organize, and stage inventory according to operational standards and systems
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
• Perform quality control checks to verify product condition and order accuracy
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Collaborate with teammates to consistently meet performance targets and deadlines
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure workplace
• Support supervisory direction and participate in continuous improvement efforts

• Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods throughout your shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and equipment operation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for inventory verification and order management
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
