About the Role

As Local Operations Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our Canal Winchester operations center, responsible for ensuring seamless fulfillment, inventory management, and team performance. This is a full-time position where you'll make a direct impact on how smoothly we serve our customers across the region. You'll work alongside dedicated team members who share your commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily warehouse and fulfillment operations, including inventory receiving, organization, and shipping
• Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
• Monitor operational metrics and efficiency to ensure targets are met consistently
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and quality standards across all operations
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize workflow
• Conduct training and performance management for your team members
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions to reduce waste and increase productivity

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or operations environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with inventory management systems or similar warehouse software (preferred)
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a positive work environment
