HQ is hiring a full-time Field Coordinator – Oil & Gas Water Hauling based in Eighty Four, Washington County, to help keep water hauling running safely and on schedule across active energy sites. About the Role

As the Field Coordinator – Oil & Gas Water Hauling, you will serve as the operational link between dispatch, drivers, and customer representatives. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day movement of trucks and water hauling activity, ensuring each load is handled efficiently and in line with safety expectations. Because operations span multiple locations, this position requires regular travel across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily truck activity and scheduling alongside the dispatch team.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with drivers throughout each shift.
• Act as a point of contact for customer representatives at active oil & gas sites.
• Support the safe and efficient execution of water hauling operations across multiple work sites.
• Travel between job sites in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia as operational needs require.
• Help identify and resolve field issues to keep hauling on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil & gas field operations, water hauling, trucking, or related logistics is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Confident communicator able to work effectively with drivers, dispatch, and customers.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across multiple states.
