Senior Product Owner – Digital Channels

Vericast is hiring a Senior Product Owner – Digital Channels in San Antonio, TX, US to lead the product vision and strategy for our digital marketing solutions. This is a full-time remote position where you'll own the complete product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, shaping how our digital channel offerings serve customers.

About This Position

As Senior Product Owner for Digital Channels, you'll drive product strategy and execution across Vericast's digital touchpoints and marketing solutions. This role bridges customer needs, technical capabilities, and business goals—requiring both strategic vision and hands-on collaboration. You'll work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver innovative digital channel experiences that drive measurable results for our customers and the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap for digital channel solutions that aligns with customer outcomes and company strategy
• Lead product discovery by gathering customer insights, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities in digital channels and marketing technology
• Own feature prioritization, requirements definition, and user stories—ensuring engineering teams have clarity on goals and acceptance criteria
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to define go-to-market strategies and ensure digital channel solutions address real customer pain points
• Measure product performance through analytics and customer feedback, using data to guide iteration and optimization decisions
• Lead stakeholder conversations to build alignment on strategy and manage competing priorities across the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital marketing, marketing technology, or customer-facing software solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in digital channels (email, SMS, web, social, or advertising platforms) and how they integrate into marketing workflows
• Strong product thinking: ability to define strategy, conduct discovery, and make data-driven prioritization decisions
• Leadership and influence skills to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams across functional boundaries
• Experience translating customer needs into product requirements and delivering solutions that matter
• Communication skills to articulate strategy clearly to audiences ranging from engineers to executives
