Product Director, Digital Channels

Vericast is hiring a Product Director, Digital Channels to lead the strategy and execution of our digital product initiatives. This is a full-time, remote position based in San Antonio, TX, US, where you'll drive the vision and roadmap for our digital channels, working across teams to deliver customer value at scale.

About the Role

As Product Director of Digital Channels at Vericast, you'll own the strategic direction and product management of our digital platforms and customer-facing digital properties. You'll partner with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to define product goals, prioritize features, and execute initiatives that strengthen our digital presence and drive business growth. This role combines hands-on product strategy with leadership responsibilities, requiring both deep product acumen and the ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy for Vericast's digital channel portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives from conception through launch, coordinating with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product development lifecycle using data-driven decision making
• Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions
• Own product performance metrics and analytics; report on key performance indicators and recommend optimizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
• Champion a customer-centric approach to digital innovation and continuous product improvement

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product management or product leadership experience, with proven track record managing digital products or platforms
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce, or customer engagement platforms
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics, A/B testing, and product metrics
• Strategic and systems-thinking approach to product roadmapping and prioritization
• Experience leading product teams or managing large-scale initiatives preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving priorities
