Product Manager – Mobile

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate the mobile product vision and strategy, aligning with City of Philadelphia's digital goals
• Conduct user research, analyze usage patterns, and identify opportunities to improve mobile experiences for Philadelphia residents
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into shipped mobile applications
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on user needs, technical feasibility, and civic impact
• Monitor product performance metrics, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate on mobile solutions
• Manage product roadmaps and communicate progress to leadership and community partners

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, ideally with mobile applications (iOS, Android, or both)
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms, user experience design, and mobile-specific constraints
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, prioritize competing demands, and ship products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to guide product decisions
• Experience working in government, civic technology, or public-serving organizations preferred
• Bachelor's degree in product management, business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
