Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Team Leader for our Brentwood location. You'll oversee daily operations, lead and motivate your team, and ensure consistently high standards across food, beverage, and customer service. This role is crucial to creating a welcoming environment where both guests and staff thrive.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage team members across shifts, including scheduling, training, and performance support
• Ensure consistent delivery of quality food and beverage service in line with Greene King standards
• Oversee daily operational tasks, including stock management, health and safety compliance, and till management
• Build strong customer relationships and respond to guest feedback with professionalism
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all staff and customers
• Communicate key information between senior management and the wider team

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading and motivating a team in a hospitality or retail environment
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and customer service excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Sound knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Enthusiasm for creating positive team and customer experiences
• Problem-solving mindset and initiative to improve operational efficiency
