The Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor your team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Manage team scheduling, rotas, and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Train and develop team members, supporting their progression and performance
• Monitor operational standards, health and safety, and compliance with company policies
• Support customer service excellence and address customer feedback proactively
• Contribute to revenue targets and support business objectives
• Maintain a positive, inclusive team environment and handle team issues professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role, ideally in hospitality or retail
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and develop others, with a commitment to staff wellbeing
• Experience with shift management and roster planning
• Flexible approach to working, with availability for part-time hours
• Knowledge of food and drink operations, health and safety, and company compliance standards
