The Opportunity

As Front Desk Manager on Duty, you'll be the face of the club during your shift, creating a welcoming environment where members feel valued from the moment they walk through our doors. Core Duties

• Oversee daily front desk operations, including member check-in and guest management
• Greet and welcome members and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Respond to member inquiries about classes, memberships, amenities, and services
• Address concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain member satisfaction
• Supervise and support front desk staff during your shift
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and on-brand
• Manage administrative tasks including membership inquiries and basic paperwork
• Report operational concerns and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality, ideally in a membership-based or fitness environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills and genuine passion for member experience
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with point-of-sale and membership management systems is a plus
