Talent Acquisition Specialist (18-month contract)

Stella Jones is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an 18-month contract position in Montréal, Québec. This role offers the chance to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for corporate and manufacturing positions throughout Canada and the United States.

Role Overview

This Talent Acquisition Specialist role is based in our Saint-Laurent office and operates on a hybrid schedule—three days on-site and two days remote each week. You'll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for a mix of corporate and manufacturing roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers across two countries to source and place top talent.

Core Duties

• Execute full-cycle recruiting from job requisition through candidate onboarding
• Source candidates via job boards, networking, and database searches
• Screen resumes and conduct telephone and video interviews
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Manage offer discussions and provide placement support
• Monitor recruitment metrics and maintain well-organized candidate tracking
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and company culture priorities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment
• Proven track record placing candidates in corporate or manufacturing environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple open positions
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software
• Familiarity with Canadian and US employment markets highly valued
