Reitmans is seeking a dedicated Team Lead to guide and motivate a retail sales team at our Niagara On The Lake location. In this part-time role, you'll take on a leadership position that blends hands-on sales support with team management responsibilities. What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
• Model exceptional customer service and sales practices for your team
• Support daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and floor presence
• Assist with training and coaching team members to achieve sales targets and service standards
• Help maintain a well-organized, welcoming store environment
