Role Overview

As a Team Lead (Temps partiel) at Reitmans' Méga-Centre Lebourgneuf store, you will oversee daily sales floor operations and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service. This part-time supervisory role combines hands-on sales expertise with team leadership responsibilities in a collaborative retail setting in Québec.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of sales associates during assigned shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and a welcoming store environment
• Support sales targets and assist team members in achieving personal goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising as needed
• Train new team members on store procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Prior experience in a retail or sales environment
