Position Summary

This part-time Team Lead position at our Windsor, Ontario Roundhouse Center store involves overseeing day-to-day retail operations and guiding a dedicated team of sales associates. Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer service excellence
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
• Monitor sales performance and help the team meet individual and store targets
• Coordinate staff schedules and manage staffing needs
• Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and stocked
