Technical Project Manager – Egypt – On Site

Digital Virgo is hiring a Technical Project Manager for a remote position serving New Cairo 3, EG. Join our team to lead technical initiatives from conception through delivery and drive project success across multiple technical teams.

What This Role Involves

As a Technical Project Manager at Digital Virgo, you'll oversee complex technical projects, translating business objectives into executable delivery plans. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and resources, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout each phase. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to shape how technical work gets delivered while working with talented engineers and product teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with technical and business teams
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress against milestones and adjust plans to address risks or delays
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders
• Manage resource allocation, dependencies, and team coordination across active projects
• Document decisions, requirements, and outcomes for stakeholder review and institutional knowledge
• Drive continuous process improvement and best-practice adoption within project delivery

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing technical projects in software development or engineering environments
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other development methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
