Assistant Product Manager – Egypt – On Site

What This Role Involves

As an Assistant Product Manager at Digital Virgo, you will support the development and launch of innovative digital products. Working alongside senior product leaders, you will conduct market research, analyse user feedback, define product requirements, and help prioritise features that deliver real value. This position bridges product strategy and execution, giving you hands-on experience in every phase of the product lifecycle whilst building the skills necessary for advancement in product management.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and market positioning
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product specifications and feature requirements
• Support the creation and refinement of product roadmaps and release plans
• Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement to identify improvement opportunities
• Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for development teams
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, product reviews, and strategy sessions
• Gather and synthesise stakeholder feedback to inform product iteration and prioritisation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, computer science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and user insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies (agile, user stories, roadmapping)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
