We're seeking enthusiastic Bar & Waiting Staff to deliver outstanding service in our Crewe pub. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction is paramount. Whether you're serving behind the bar, taking orders, or clearing tables, you'll play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our guests. Core Duties

• Serve drinks at the bar with speed, accuracy, and friendliness
• Take food and drink orders from customers and process payments
• Deliver meals and beverages to tables promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, dining area, and kitchen station
• Stock and rotate supplies behind the bar and dining areas
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy
• Respond to customer requests and resolve any concerns courteously
• Follow health and safety protocols and licensing regulations

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, bar work, or waiting is preferred but not essential
• Friendly, outgoing personality with genuine customer service enthusiasm
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
• Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work varied shifts
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
• Willingness to learn and adhere to health and safety standards
• Must be able to work in compliance with UK licensing laws (age restrictions apply)
