Trucordia is hiring a Crop Insurance Agent - Iowa to join our team in Iowa City, IA. This is a full-time remote position where you'll work directly with agricultural producers across Iowa to deliver crop insurance solutions and help farmers manage risk.

The Opportunity

As a Crop Insurance Agent - Iowa at Trucordia, you'll be the trusted insurance advisor for farming operations throughout the state. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Consult with farmers and agricultural producers to assess their operations and crop insurance needs
• Present crop insurance policies, explain coverage levels, and discuss options tailored to each client's risk profile
• Complete and submit crop insurance applications and policy documentation
• Manage ongoing client relationships, handle policy renewals, and respond to coverage inquiries
• Coordinate with claims adjusters and underwriters to support clients through the claims process
• Monitor updates to crop insurance programs and communicate relevant changes to clients
• Develop a client base and maintain relationships that drive repeat business and client retention
