Role Overview

As a Commercial Lines Producer at Trucordia, you'll drive business growth by developing client relationships, writing commercial insurance policies, and expanding your book of business. Working remotely, you'll combine consultative selling with deep insurance knowledge to deliver solutions that protect commercial operations.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and identify new commercial clients in need of insurance coverage
• Assess business risks and coverage needs through in-depth client conversations
• Quote, place, and bind commercial lines policies across multiple coverage types
• Manage policy renewals and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with underwriters and internal teams to expedite policy placement and support
• Track sales activity, manage pipeline, and meet production goals

What You Bring

• Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• Demonstrated experience producing commercial lines insurance or proven track record in insurance sales
• Strong communication skills and consultative selling approach
• Ability to work independently and self-manage priorities in a remote setting
• Goal-oriented mindset with drive to build a successful client base
• Proficiency with insurance systems and standard business software tools
