Position Summary

As a Crop Insurance Agent for Trucordia, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to farmers and agricultural businesses throughout Ohio. Working remotely, you'll build and maintain relationships with clients while developing deep expertise in crop insurance products that help protect their farming operations. This role combines client-facing consultation with administrative coordination, giving you visibility into both the business development and service aspects of agricultural risk management.

What You'll Do

• Identify and qualify prospective agricultural clients seeking crop insurance solutions in Ohio
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with farmers to understand their operations and coverage requirements
• Prepare detailed crop insurance quotes and present tailored policy recommendations
• Guide clients through policy application and enrollment processes
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with insurance regulations
• Support clients with claims filing and assist in claim resolution follow-up
• Stay informed about crop insurance products, coverage options, and industry changes
• Build lasting client relationships and identify renewal and cross-sell opportunities

Who We're Looking For
