What This Role Involves

Core Duties

• Open and close the store following Reitmans procedures and security protocols
• Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and secure storage
• Supervise and mentor part-time staff during assigned shifts
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales on the sales floor
• Monitor store security, loss prevention, and safety standards
• Maintain merchandise displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness
• Complete daily reports and communicate with store management
