People Advisor (fixed-term)

Center Parcs is recruiting a People Advisor (fixed-term) to join the Forest House team in New Ollerton, Newark. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to support our workforce within a unique natural forest environment, with a salary of up to £37,500 per annum depending on experience.

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic People Advisor to become a valued member of our thriving Forest House team. You'll play a key role in delivering people-focused initiatives and supporting the wellbeing of our colleagues across the holiday resort. This fixed-term contract is ideal for someone looking to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where excellence is embedded in everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day people support and guidance to team members and managers
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations matters
• Support the development and implementation of people policies and procedures
• Help manage disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes
• Contribute to creating an inclusive, positive workplace culture
• Maintain accurate personnel records and employment documentation
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with employment law

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a people or HR advisory role
• Sound knowledge of employment law and best practice HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
• A collaborative approach and genuine passion for supporting people
