About the Role
As Commercial Lead for Analytics Product Sales at The Nielsen Company, you'll take ownership of the revenue and relationship strategy for our analytics offerings. This is a hybrid sales and strategic leadership position that combines direct client engagement with the responsibility to shape how enterprise organizations adopt advanced analytics solutions. You'll work directly with high-value clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to accelerate product adoption and expand our footprint in the New York market and beyond.
Core Duties
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for analytics product lines, identifying and pursuing high-impact revenue opportunities
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers in the analytics and advertising technology space
- Lead sales negotiations, close complex deals, and manage the entire client lifecycle from prospecting through renewal
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure client success and drive product adoption
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform pricing, positioning, and commercial approaches
- Oversee analytics product revenue targets and drive consistent, predictable growth within assigned accounts and regions
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in enterprise sales, with demonstrated ability to close large, complex analytics or software deals
- Strong understanding of analytics platforms, data science, or related technical domains—or exceptional ability to learn and communicate technical concepts
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on sales execution and a track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence across organizations
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote environment and takes ownership of results
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, consulting, or product-related fields
