Account Executive

About This Position

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the complete sales cycle—from identifying prospects through closing deals—managing a diverse portfolio of client relationships. This fully remote position lets you operate from anywhere while collaborating with a supportive team dedicated to your success. You'll play a direct role in expanding Xplor's market reach and contributing to our growth in the merchant and technology sectors.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and consultative prospecting
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and identify expansion revenue
• Deliver product demonstrations and compelling presentations that directly address client objectives and challenges
• Negotiate terms, structure agreements, and close sales while shepherding opportunities through each stage
• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics
• Partner with product, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
• Document all client interactions and pipeline activity in our CRM with accuracy and attention to detail
